Thank you for supporting Tanigawa Studio! Each product and service is created with care and intention. Please review the refund policy below before purchasing.
Art Classes & Coaching Sessions
All class and coaching session purchases are non-refundable.
Your booking reserves your seat and my preparation time, which can’t be recovered if you cancel last minute.
However, I understand life happens! You may reschedule your session if:
-
You provide at least 48 hours’ notice
-
You contact me directly via email at noriko@tanigawa.studio
Make-up sessions for missed classes must be prearranged via email and used within 30 days.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for credit or refund.
Digital Downloads
All digital products (such as PDFs, art charts, guides, or templates) are final sale and non-refundable.
Because these are delivered instantly, I’m unable to offer returns. If you have trouble accessing your file or have questions, I’m happy to help—just reach out!
Physical Products (via Printful)
Physical products like prints, merch, or gifts are fulfilled and shipped through Printful, a trusted third-party provider.
Refunds or reprints may be offered only if:
-
Your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective
-
You contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos
If approved, a replacement will be issued at no extra cost.
I cannot offer refunds for:
-
Buyer’s remorse
-
Incorrect sizing (please check sizing charts before ordering)
-
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Custom Art Commissions
Custom artwork is a deeply personal and time-intensive process. To begin a commission, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This secures your spot and covers the time spent planning, sketching, and gathering reference materials.
The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the piece, before delivery or pickup.
Refunds are not available for custom artwork under any circumstances. This includes changes of mind, delays in providing reference materials, or dissatisfaction with artistic style after work has begun.
I work closely with you during the early stages to align on vision and composition, and I’ll send photo updates throughout the process so we stay on the same page. Please review your reference materials carefully before confirming, and feel free to ask questions before we start—clear communication helps make magic happen!
Processing Fees
Please note: All refunds (if granted) exclude payment processing fees, which are non-refundable (approx. 3–4%).
