Welcome to Tanigawa Studio!
By accessing, purchasing, or participating in any of our services or products—whether online or in person—you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me at noriko@tanigawa.studio.
1. Booking & Class Policies

All classes must be booked in advance. No walk-ins, please.

Class fees and packages must be paid in full before the start of the session.

The 4-session package ($132) includes four 2-hour classes and must be used within 2 months of purchase. Sessions can be booked flexibly within that window.

No refunds are given for missed classes. Make-ups may be arranged with advance notice (see class guidelines for full details).
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.
-
Emergencies or illnesses will be handled case-by-case.

No-shows or day-of cancellations are not eligible for refunds or reschedules.
3. Art Coaching & Digital Downloads
-
All digital products (PDFs, charts, downloads, etc.) are non-refundable.

Art coaching sessions (virtual or in-person) require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.

In-depth art guidance packages and critiques are delivered as described and may not be returned or refunded once delivered.
4. Gift Cards
-
Gift cards are delivered digitally and never expire.
-
They can be redeemed toward any class, session, or digital product.

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
5. Physical Products (via Printful)
-
Orders are fulfilled by Printful and shipped directly to you.

Please allow extra time for processing, especially during holidays or high-demand periods.

Printful’s fulfillment policies (including returns or reprints for damaged items) apply. Contact me at [your email] if there’s a problem—I’ll do my best to assist.
6. Conduct & Studio Etiquette

This is a respectful, family-friendly space. Inappropriate behavior, language, or device use may result in removal from class with no refund.

Please arrive on time, come prepared with supplies, and keep cell phone use to a minimum during class.

Students under 18 must be accompanied to and from class by a parent or guardian.
7. Photography & Promotion

Photos may be taken during class for promotional use (social media, website, etc.).

Parents of students under 18 must notify Noriko in advance if they do not want their child and/or their artwork photographed.
8. Intellectual Property
-
All class materials, downloads, and digital content are for personal use only.

Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of my instructional content or artwork without written permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
-
Participation in classes or coaching is voluntary. Tanigawa Studio is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damages incurred during classes or use of studio resources.

Always follow safety guidelines and notify me of any physical limitations or health conditions in advance.
10. Changes to Terms
-
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this site or participation in services after updates implies agreement to the revised terms.
