Service Description
Creative Circle is a weekly Saturday morning creative gathering designed for artists and makers who want dedicated time to create — without instruction, pressure, or expectations. This is not a class. It’s a creative container. Each session begins with a short, gentle journaling warm-up to help clear your mind, ground your energy, and spark inspiration. From there, you’ll have extended, uninterrupted creative time to work on any project of your choosing — drawing, colored pencils, watercolor (non-messy), painting, knitting, crafting, journaling, or other portable creative pursuits. Light, natural conversation is welcome as we work together in a calm, supportive studio environment. You may also choose to work quietly — this space honors both connection and solitude. Creative Circle is ideal if you: - Want consistent creative time built into your week - Thrive in the presence of others but don’t need instruction - Are working on personal projects and crave accountability - Enjoy a relaxed, studio-style atmosphere - Want community without obligation or comparison For those who would like gentle guidance, an optional Creative Check-In Add-On is available. This includes a brief conversation before the session to help you set an intention, and short feedback at the end if desired. Participation is always optional. Creative Circle is open to current Tanigawa Studio students and non-students alike. All experience levels are welcome. Come as you are, bring what you’re working on, and give yourself permission to create.

Cancellation Policy
Creative Circle – Booking & Attendance Policy By booking a Creative Circle session at Tanigawa Studio, you agree to the following policies: Registration & Attendance - Advance registration is required. No walk-ins, please. - Creative Circle sessions are held weekly on Saturday mornings. - A 48-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid forfeiting your session. Pricing Current Students: - Creative Circle is included as a student benefit. Students may attend up to the number of regular colored pencil classes they are booked for that month. (Example: If you attend 4 classes in a given month, you may attend Creative Circle up to 4 times.) Non-Students: - $20 per one-time drop-in session - $60 for a 4-session package ($15/session) Optional Add-On - Creative Check-In & Feedback Add-On: $10 per session Includes a brief pre-session intention check-in and short feedback after the session. Available to both students and non-students. Cancellations & No-Shows - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. - Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. - Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Studio Guidelines - This is a shared creative space. Please bring materials that are non-toxic, low-odor, and easy to manage. - Respect for others, the studio space, and the creative process is expected at all times. - Tanigawa Studio reserves the right to refuse participation if studio guidelines are not followed.
